Still Waters is the shortest container we offer, and the setting is deliberate. Pinecrest Lake is still, clear, and undramatic — a surface that shows you exactly what is placed in front of it, nothing more, nothing less.
In four hours, beginning at 10am, the session moves directly into a deep enquiry into the true nature of reality. A light lunch by the water closes the morning's work before you return to the rest of your day.
